I vacillate between 3 & 4 stars.  My wife and kids really like the meat lasagna, which is tough to argue with.  Today I'll settle on 4 stars.

Their pick-up orders take between 15-20 minutes.

Showed up on a Friday night to order a pizza, a sandwich and an order of fettuccine alfredo. Everything was great except the fettuccine alfredo... It had zero flavor and was very bland. It was a $12 fettuccine alfredo, with no chicken and not worth it. We had several people taste the dish and the conclusions were unanimous.

At this point we had no choice but to go back and hope they would fix the dish. Upon returning we stated our issue and were met with a hostile cook. He stated that there was nothing wrong with the dish, that it was cooked fresh and that we were accustomed to eating processed food. We had to beg him to make us a pizza as a substitute and that we were willing to pay the difference. After a minute or so of pleading, they agreed to sub out the dish for a pizza.

As the pizza was being baked, the cook asked us what other places had we tasted fettuccine alfredo! As if we are used to dining at mediocre restaurants and do not have the taste for their 'perfect' food. It gets worse...

A few minutes past by and he leans over the counter and ask my brother and I if we lived around the neighborhood. Not sure what he meant by that but I'm sure it was because we are Hispanic. I live down the street by the way. Pretty sure he was thinking that we didn't belong in the neighborhood.

We received our pizza, paid the difference and never going back.

    Many problems with this restaurant:

    1. OVERPRICED- a medium pizza with 3 toppings is $25?!?!? Being located in the hills should not imply to charge high prices.

    2. UNPLEASANT- if you are a person of color, don't go to this place unless you are ready to be stared at. They look at you like you are from Mars. Very uncomfortable entering the restaurant. No hello... and no welcome at all. They just want your money.

    3. SLOW- wait time is at least 10 minutes even when they have no business. Ridiculous!

    4. HIDDEN CHARGES- if you use your credit card, number they charge you a credit card fee without telling you.

    5. BLAND- the food has little to no flavor. Just go to Papa Johns down the mountain to get a pizza if you crave one.

    Grade: 42/100 (F)

The sandwiches are cold, the pastrami is decent expect more for 10$, customer service was decent. They didn't let my cousin use the restroom but they let their "friend" use it, so that shows you the type of people they are. Not worth the money, pay the same and go to burratinos on western.

Ordered a gniocchi, ravioli and 2 side salads. This was the worst food we have ever encountered. The gnocchi was completely inedible mushy flour. The ravioli was tasteless. The tomatoes on the salad looked days old. We threw the entire $32 meal away. When we called to explain what happened, they said it was too late to closing and there is nothing they could do, call tomorrow. SO disappointed in this experience and restaurant.
